Über den Autor
After a storied career in photography, author Bill Owens went on to become a pioneer of craft brewing and publisher of American Brewer magazine. In 2003, he founded the American Distilling Institute, to promote and advocate for the art and enterprise of craft distilling. As the president of ADI, Owens has become one of the leading spokesmen of the craft distilling movement and has penned and co-authored numerous titles, including The Art of Distilling Whiskey and Other Spirits, The Craft of Whiskey Distilling, Modern Moonshine Techniques, and The Nano Distillery: The Future of Distilling.
