Prof. Dr. Mortimer Sellers is President of the American Section of the International Society for the Philosophy of Law and Social Philosophy (AMINTAPHIL), Regents Professor of the University System of Maryland, and Director of the University of Baltimore Center for International and Comparative Law. He is past chair of the Association of American Law Schools Section on Scholarship and editor of two Springer book series: Ius Gentium: Comparative Perspectives on Law and Justice and AMINTAPHIL: The Philosophical Foundations of Law and Justice. Prof. Dr. Stephan Kirste is President of the German Section of the International Society for the Philosophy of Law and Social Philosophy. He holds the Chair for the Philosophy of Law at the University of Salzburg and is a member of the Faculty of the Institute for Law of the State, Constitutional Law and the Philosophy of Law at the University of Heidelberg.
