After starting life as an economist, Phil spent the next 35 years working in business and management consulting, where he specialised in strategic planning and business improvement. He has worked for many of Australia's largest companies in mining & resources, manufacturing, utilities, telecommunications, finance, professional services and all levels of government across Australia and the Pacific.
