Human Resource Management in the Pornography Industry

As much as the workplace has changed in my time here, one thing still holds true-it is a business, first and foremost. Remembering that is the key to understanding it, so while reading this book, I ask that you keep an open mind. It is incredibly easy to politicize and stereotype adult entertainment and those of us who make it. I ask that you treat our industry as you would any other; we are an industry often neglected in academic research and appreciate Kopp's investigation into our world. Kopp is Associate Vice Provost of Extended Learning and Professor of Human Resource Development at Barry University, USA.
