Über den Autor
Andreas Nachama was born in Berlin in 1951. He studied history and Judaic studies in Berlin, where he received his Ph.D. in 1981. He was ordained as a rabbi in 2000. From 1981 to 1993 he served as head of the Berliner Festspiele and from 1992 to 1999 as Artistic Director of the Jüdische Kulturtage in Berlin. He has been Executive Director of the Topographie of Terror Foundation since 1994 and served as Chairman of Berlin's Jewish Community between 1997 and 2001.
