Über den Autor
Michael Dickmann is Professor of International HRM at the Cranfield School of Management, UK. He is also Senior Editor-in-Chief of The International Journal of Human Resource Management. His research focuses on human resource strategies, multinational organisations, international mobility and global careers. Michael has worked with many multinational corporations, humanitarian agencies, the government and the United Nations. Vesa Suutari is Professor in the Department of Management at the University of Vaasa, Finland. Previously he acted as Dean of the Faculty of Business Studies and Vice Rector of the University for seven years. He has published over 80 journal articles and chapters on topics such as European management cultures, expatriation, global leadership and global careers. Olivier Wurtz is Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Vaasa, Finland. He received his PhD in International Human Resource Management at HEC Paris, and has had his work published in the Journal of International Business Studies and The International Journal of Human Resource Management.
