Alison Twycross is Principal Lecturer in Children's Nursing in the Faculty of Health and Social Care Sciences at Kingston University and St George’s University of LondonStephanie Dowden is Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) for Paediatric Palliative Care at Princess Margaret Hospital for Children in Perth, Western Australia. Prior to this she was CNC in paediatric pain management at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne Australia.
