SUSAN U. RAYMOND, Ph.D., is Executive Vice President for Research, Evaluation, and Strategic Planning at Changing Our World, Inc. Susan serves as Chief Analyst for OnPhilanthropy.com, a global resource for nonprofit professionals. She has written for many publications, particularly in the areas of economics, health care, and corporate responsibility, and is the author of two books with Wiley. JULIA INGRAHAM WALKER has been a fundraising professional for over twenty-four years in the Gulf South. For the past 10 years, as a consultant to numerous capital campaigns, she has had significant experience developing strategy on major gift fundraising as well as campaign planning and implementation for a diverse group of nonprofits. ROBERT M. SHEEHAN JR. is the Academic Director of the Executive MBA program at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park, where he is also a Lecturer in the Department of Management and Organization.
