Zhang Quan, Ph.D, professor of Jiaxing University, Ph.D supervisor of City University of Macau, Ph.D supervisor of Deep University, USA, senior visiting scholar to ETS and research scholar at UCLA, has been actively getting involved in large-scale language testing research and practice in China since 1986. As a key member of several important Supervisory Committees, of MET equating project of Examination Authority under Ministry of Education, P.R.China, Examiner of CET, Guangdong, advisor of PLA Testing Center (2000-2005), Prof. Zhang's area of interest and expertise range from linguistics to language testing.
