The Eu Environmental Liability Directive: A Commentary

Lucas Bergkamp is a partner in the Brussels office of the international law firm of Hunton & Williams. Bergkamp, who is both a medical doctor and a lawyer, heads Hunton & Williams' European regulatory practice.
