He is currently a Chief Financial Officer for a non-profit clinic, a professor of Finance & Accounting, and serves as the Finance Chair for several non-profit organizations. Clement holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Corporate Finance, and a Doctor of Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance. His Doctoral Study centers around the importance and impact of financial literacy programs on an individual's financial decision making. Dr. O founded Clodaj Enterpises, LLC, 4Q Pro Financial Management & Consulting, LLC, and The Ogunyemi Family Foundation, which focuses on providing resources, opportunities, and support to underprivileged and underserved communities.
