Über den Autor
Rajeev K. Bali received his BSc in Technology Management in 1993 and MSc in Computer-Based Information Systems in 1994, both from the University of Sunderland, UK. After some time in industry, he completed his Ph.D. from the School of Engineering, Sheffield Hallam University, UK in 1999. After additional technical consultancy assignments, he moved to the School of Mathematical and Information Sciences at Coventry University in the UK, where he is currently a Senior Lecturer and Programme Manager.
