Über den Autor
The Editors: Robin Paul Malloy, J.D., LL.M. is Professor of Law and Economics at the Syracuse University College of Law. He is also a Research Fellow of the Center for Semiotic Research in Law, Government and Economics at Pennsylvania State University. Professor Malloy has recently published three other books: Law and Economics: A Comparative Approach to Theory and Practice, Planning for Serfdom: Legal Economic Discourse and Downtown Development, and Adam Smith and the Philosophy of Law and Economics. In addition to these books, he has published numerous scholarly articles and has been a distinguished lecturer in law and economics at universities in the U.S. abroad. Christopher K. Braun, M.B.A., J.D., LL.M. is an assistant professor of Accounting and Taxation at Millersville University of Pennsylvania. He is active in the Center for Semiotic Research in Law, Government and Economics at Pennsylvania State University. Professor Braun is an expert on the law related to taxation, commercial activity and accounting practices. He has written a number of scholarly essays in these areas as well as in the area of law and economics, and on the relationship between law and semiotics.
