Khalid Arar (PhD) is Associate Professor of Educational Leadership & Higher Education at the College for Academic Studies and Kibbutzim College. He has published extensively in the last years in issues of educational leadership and higher education. His most recent book Higher Education among the Palestinian Minority in Israel (2016, Palgrave, with Kussai Haj-Yehia). He is the associate editor of International Journal f Leadership in Education.Kussai Haj-Yehia (PhD) is the head of the Arab Academic Institute for Education at Beit Berl College, Israel. His research deals with Internationalization of Higher Education, Palestinian Arab Students Mobility, and Migration for Studies Abroad and Palestinian Arab Graduates from Israel. His books include Dream and Reality: Arab University Graduates from Germany, and The Internationalization of Higher Education: Student's Mobility among Arabs in Israel with Khalid Arar, published by Alayyam 2014.David B. Ross (EdD) has many years of experience in adult education, leadership, ethics, policy and curriculum development, classroom instruction, and research. In his present role as an Associate Professor at the Abraham S. Fischler College of Education, Nova Southeastern University, Dr. Ross was named Professor of the Year 2015-2016 for the Abraham S. Fischler College of Education.Yasar Kondakci (PhD), is an Associate Professor in Educational Administration and Planning at The Middle East Technical University in the Department of Educational Science. His research focuses on organizational change, social justice in education, and higher education. He served as council member of the European Educational Research Association between 2008-2009 and he is still the Administrative Board Member of Turkish Educational Administration Research and Development Association.
