Harald Bathelt is Professor and Canada Research Chair in Innovation and Governance at the Department of Political Science, University of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Maryann Feldman is the Zell Miller Distinguished Professor of Higher Education at the University of Georgia. Previously, she was Professor of Business Economics at the University of Toronto and held the Jeffrey S. Skoll Chair in Technical Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Rotman School of Management. Dieter F. Kogler is a member of the Department of Geography at the University of Toronto, Canada.
