The Benjamin Franklin Bridge, originally named the Delaware River Bridge, was constructed to connect the cities of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Camden, New Jersey. For a time after its opening on July 1, 1926, it was the longest suspension bridge in the world, with a main span of 1,750 feet. Über den Autor
The author is a solicitor and legal English lecturer from London. After many years of legal practice he decided to travel around Europe and the Middle East lecturing law and teaching legal English. His travels took him to Poland, Germany, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and finally back to the UK where he was invited to teach legal English to foreign lawyers and law students at courses run at Cambridge University. Michael now works in legal publishing and spends his free time writing legal English dictionaries and exercise books to help foreign lawyers improve their legal English.
