Über den Autor
John R. Deni is a Research Professor of Security Studies at the Strategic Studies Institute at the U.S. Army War College. He previously worked as a political advisor for senior U.S. military commanders in Europe, and was also an adjunct lecturer at Heidelberg University's Institute for Political Science.Karen Smith Stegen is the KAEFER Professor of Renewable Energy and Environmental Politics at Jacobs University. With many years of energy industry and consulting experience, she bridges the gap between academia and practice. She has published and spoken widely on energy policy and politics, and is a former Fulbright fellow.
