Rhiannon Tudor Edwards is Professor of Health Economics at Bangor University and founding co-director of the Centre for Health Economics and Medicines Evaluation (CHEME) at Bangor. She has a long-standing commitment to developing and applying methods for the economic evaluation of public health interventions to improve population health. She has published over 150 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters in health economics.Emma McIntosh is Professor of Health Economics and Deputy Director of the Health Economics and Health Technology Assessment team at the University of Glasgow. She is also Director of the NIHR Global Health Research Group on estimating the prevalence, quality of life, economic and societal impact of arthritis in Tanzania. Prof McIntosh joined the University of Glasgow in May 2011 as programme leader on the Economics of Population Health
