Chained
Chris Lawrence will never be the same. Having awakened with his hands chained to the tree behind him, Chris struggles to find the answers to how and why. Having no recollection of his abduction, he scours his memory, only to be taken on a fragmented journey through his past as his memories appear to him in random order. Upon seeing visions that cause Chris to question his sanity, he is visited by a homeless man whose intelligence and willingness to help seem to belie his appearance. Can this man help Chris find the truth, or is he but another apparition created by his fractured mind?

Über den Autor
David Hughes retired from Carpenter's Local #845 in Delaware County after thirty-three years of service. He has been married to his wife and best friend, Carol, for thirty-seven years. Together they have been blessed with two children, Jessica and Jason, and two grandchildren. David found his love of writing at an early age through a creative writing class in high school. He learned to play the guitar and began writing songs as the first outlet for his talent. Upon retiring, having composed many songs and two previous books, David has written Chained, his first full-length thriller. David currently lives in Oxford, Pennsylvania, with Carol and their two dogs, Argus and Hitch, and is working on his next novel.
