Corporate Risk Management is one of those books that when you have it, you wonder how you managed without it. In the second edition the authors have taken the opportunity to update the text, to add minor, but important, elements and, most obviously to add several extra chapters. The minor extensions of the work illustrate the authors' attention to detail and their intention to produce a definitive document that explains even the more complex issues with a clarity that is to be commended.
