Über den Autor
Light Townsend Cummins is Bryan Professor of History at Austin College in Sherman, Texas, USA. He is the author or editor of several books on Texas and Louisiana history, including Emily Austin of Texas 1795-1851 (TCU Press, 2009), which won the Liz Carpenter Award from the Texas State Historical Association for research in the history of women. Larry McNeill is an Austin attorney and past president of the Texas State Historical Association.
