Über den Autor
TOM O'CONNOR is a College Lecturer in Economics/Health & Social Care Policy at Cork Institute of Technology. In 2006, he edited (with Mike Murphy) a book, Social Care in Ireland, and has published research reports and articles in the field of health and social care. He also has written widely on Irish economic policies in recent years and has been a frequent contributor to the national media.
