Inocent Moyo is a Senior Lecturer and Head of the Department of Geography and Environmental Studies, University of Zululand, South Africa. Jussi P. Laine is an Associate Professor of Multidisciplinary Border Studies at the Karelian Institute, University of Eastern Finland.
