Über den Autor


Thomas M. Robinson is Professor Emeritus of Philosophy and Classics at the University of Toronto. He has published widely in various areas of Greek Philosophy, two of his best known works being Plato's Psychology and his edition of Heraclitus, now in Chinese translation. He has also - striking out into new terrain - recently completed a series of six plays on philosophy, the arts and politics in fifth and fourth century Greece.A recipient of the Aristotle Award from the government of Greece in 1998 and a former president of the International Plato Society and the Society for Ancient Greek Philosophy, Professor Robinson is currently honorary president of the International Association for Greek Philosophy.
