Über den Autor
Argentina Senda was born in Beira, Mocambique in 1969. Her father was a Commissioner of Police and her mother a nursing sister. In February of her last year in high school Argentina fell ill with a mysterious illness. Private physicians could not determine the cause or a cure. A consultation with a traditional healer led to Argentina's studying to herself become a sangoma. When nothing else could be done she was transferred to the Johannesburg General hospital where doctors recommended the amputation of her leg. A timeous visit by two sisters from the United Church of the Kingdom of God led to a miraculous recovery and the start of an incredible career in road-racing.
