Über den Autor

D. C. A. Hillman earned his Ph.D./M.A. in Classics and M.S. in Bacteriology from the University of Wisconsin. The Chemical Muse,” published by St. Martin's Press (2008), was the product of his dissertation research. Dr. Hillman devotes much of his research to untranslated medical and pharmacological texts, and frequently calls into question widely accepted assertions of historians. Dr. Hillman taught Medical Terminology courses to science majors in university and college settings, and is currently teaching Latin in a private school while working on his next manuscript.
