This is probably the first of several books.The book explores the ancestors of Glenn Martin, looking back from the present to about the late 1800s. Most of this book takes place in New South Wales, with some excursions into Victoria and South Australia.

Glenn Martin is a writer living in Sydney, Australia. He has written commentary on business ethics, training and development, human resources, leadership and employment law for numerous publications for professionals. He has also written around 18 books, most of which are available as e-books as well as paperbacks. His latest book on ethics is A Foundation for Living Ethically (2020). His other books include biographical books which he calls reflections on experience, works on family history, and collections of poetry and autobiographical stories.
