Burns H. Weston is Bessie Dutton Murray Distinguished Professor of Law at The University of Iowa. A specialist in international law and international affairs, he is a Senior Fellow of the World Policy Institute and a Fellow of the World Academy of Art and Science. Weston is editor of Toward World Order and Human Dignity: Essays in Honor of Myres S. McDougal (1976) and author of International Law and World Order: A Problem-Oriented Coursebook (1980).Thomas A.
