Richard Rogers, PhD, ABPP, is a professor of psychology at the University of North Texas. His publications include the award-winning Clinical Assessment of Malingering and Deception. Daniel W. Shuman, JD, is a professor of law at Southern Methodist University School of Law, with adjunct appointments at the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical School, and the University of North Texas.
