Über den Autor
Martin Trybus was appointed to a Senior Lectureship at the University of Sheffield in January 2006 and is currently seconded to the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in Paris. At the OECD he is coordinating three major studies on public procurement in Europe financed by the European Commission.Nigel White was appointed Professor of International Law at the University of Sheffield in September 2005. Previously he was at Nottingham University where he started as a lecturer in 1987, having obtained his Ph.D there. He obtained his first degree in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford in 1982. He was appointed Professor of International Organisations at the University of Nottingham in 2000 and served as Head of School from 2000-2003.
