Cary L. Cooper CBE is Pro Vice Chancellor for External Relations and Distinguished Professor of Organizational Psychology and Health at Lancaster University. He is Chair of The Sunningdale Institute in the National School of Government, Chair of the Academy of Social Sciences, President of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, and Editor of the journal Stress and Health.James Campbell Quick is John and Judy Goolsby Distinguished Professor at the University of Texas at Arlington, and Visiting Professor at Lancaster University Management School. His numerous honours include the 2002 Harry and Miriam Levinson Award from the APF/APA Division 13, and the Legion of Merit from the United States Air Force. James has over 100 publications available in ten languages.Marc J. Schabracq teaches courses on work and health psychology at the University of Amsterdam and is an independent organizational consultant in human aspects of production and change in both profit and non-profit organizations. He has produced more than 20 scholarly and professional books on psychology, as well as more than 100 articles and book chapters.
