DULMUS, PhD, LCSW, is Professor, Associate Dean for Research, and Director of the Buffalo Center for Social Research in the School of Social Work at the University at Buffalo, SUNY, and Research Director at Hillside Family of Agencies in Rochester, New York. BRUCE C. NISBET, MSW, is President and Chief Executive Officer of Spectrum Human Services located in Buffalo, New York, where he is responsible for providing strategic leadership for this comprehensive multi-county behavioral health agency. Spectrum has provided person-centered recovery-oriented case management services to several thousand individuals with serious mental illness over the last twenty years. He is also President of Health Home Partners of WNY, LLC, one of New York State's first Affordable Care Act health homes serving individuals with serious mental illness and/or other chronic health conditions.
