Andrew J. DuBrin is Professor Emeritus of Management in theSaunders College of Business at the Rochester Institute ofTechnology, where he has taught courses and conductedresearch in management, organizational behavior, leadership,and career management. He has also served as departmentchairman and team leader in previous years. He received hisPh.D. in Industrial Psychology from Michigan State University.DuBrin has business experience in human resource managementand consults with organizations and individuals. Hisspecialties include career management leadership and management development.DuBrin is an established author of textbooks, scholarly books, and trade books, andhe also contributes to professional journals, and online media. He has written textbookson management, leadership, organizational behavior, and human relations. Hisscholarly books include the subjects of impression management, narcissism in theworkplace, the proactive personality, and crisis leadership. His trade books covermany management issues, including charisma, team play, office politics, overcomingcareer self-sabotage, and coaching and mentoring.
