Lin LI,one of the editors of this book, is director as well as researcher and tutor of doctorate of Institute of Law, CASS. His major research areas are Jurisprudence, Legislation, Constitutional Law, and Comparative Law, especially the theory of Human Rights and Rule of Law, theory of Constitutionalism and Democracy.
