Über den Autor
Nathan Albert is a professional actor turned ordained preacher and pastor. He is the author of the viral blog post, I Hugged a Man in His Underwear which was the impetus for his book, Embracing Love: My Journey to Hugging a Man in his Underwear. After earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre Performance from Rockford University and spending years performing across the country, Nathan entered graduate school at North Park Theological Seminary to earn a Master of Divinity. Since then, he has worked as a pastor at a church in Rhode Island, a campus minister at North Park University, a pediatric chaplain at a hospital in Chicago, and as the Director of Pastoral Care and Counseling with The Marin Foundation. Currently, Nathan is the Associate Chaplain in the Spiritual Life Center at the University of Lynchburg and has recently completed a Certificate in Spiritual Transformation from The Transforming Center. In his free time, he dreams about earning a D.Min. Nathan maintains a plant-based diet, enjoys contemplative spiritual practices, is addicted to personality tests, has a mild obsession with sea glass, and loves the Oxford Comma.
