Über den Autor
Ting- Yan Wang is a Research Fellow at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She obtained her PhD from The University of Hong Kong. With wide research interests in knowledge transfer, governance, social policy, and poverty, she has published in prominent journals such as The China Quarterly and International Journal of Social Welfare.Hong Liu is the Tan Lark Sye Chair Professor of Public Policy and Global Affairs at the School of Social Sciences at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. His numerous articles have appeared in World Politics, Journal of Asian Studies, The China Quarterly, Journal of Contemporary China, Ethnic and Racial Studies, and Journal of Ethnic and Migration Studies. He is a Chief Editor of Public Governance in Asia, a series published by Routledge.
