He specializes in all HR activities that involve getting improved productivity and efficiency through people, processes, and performance. In 10 years, his work has taken him to 36 countries: the work specifically ranges from organizational design to the key processes that produce effective organizations. He is an international writer for HR publications on best practices in performance management and is the author of 13 international books. Due to the success of his consultancy projects with big brand names, he has also featured in other people's books and as a result, he has appeared on television and in specialist documentaries.
