Daniel Donnelly is a former senior police officer with Strathclyde Police and is now Research Fellow in the Scottish Centre for Police Studies at Bell College, Hamilton, and Visiting Lecturer at Glasgow Caledonian University.Kenneth Scott is Head of the School of Social Studies and Director of the Scottish Centre for Police Studies at Bell College, Hamilton.
