Über den Autor
Jiexiu Chen is a PhD candidate at the Institute of Education, University College London, UK. She was awarded a full PhD scholarship by the China Scholarship Council's National Construction High-level University Postgraduate Project. Her research interests include educational inequality, social mobility, cross-cultural adaptation, higher education policy, globalisation and the knowledge economy. She has an emerging journal article and book publication on international education and social mobility.Junwen Zhu is a Professor at the Department of Educational Management, Faculty of Education, East China Normal University. His research interests focus on talent policy in science and technology, research evaluation, science and technology policies and cross-cultural management. He has been a principle investigator for three national-level granted research projects and several other projects. Selected for a New Century Excellent Talents in University Award by the Ministry of Education of China in 2012, he has authored or co-authored a number of books, journal articles and government advisory reports.
