Social Policies for Children
'Here is a social policy book that is fun to read! The style is lively and the policy prescriptions not always predictable. We need to expand the circle of informed concern about a children's agenda, and this book will invite new participants into the process.' Lisbeth B. Schorr, Harvard University Project on Effective Services
