Über den Autor
Born on 17 November, 1933 in Verviers, Belgium, it was while working for Herge that Roger Leloup started in the graphic novel world. During his 15 years at the Herge studios, he was involved notably in the drawing of Alix and Tintin adventures. In December 1969, Leloup left the Studios Herge to work fulltime on his own series, Yoko Tsuno, which focuses on technology and science fiction. Leloup is a pure perfectionist student of the Herge School, as gifted in writing as in drawing, and he creates real jewels with his graphic novels. In 1990, he received the Science-Fiction Award in the Youth category for his first novel, Le Pic des Tenebres (The Peak of Darkness).
