Über den Autor
Michael A. Meyer is Adolph S. Ochs Professor of Jewish History Emeritus at Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is the author or editor of a dozen books and has published more than two hundred scholarly articles. David N. Myers is professor of Jewish history at UCLA. He is the author of Re-Inventing the Jewish Past: European Jewish Intellectuals and the Zionist Return to History, Resisting History: Historicism and Its Discontents in German-Jewish Thought, and Between Jew and Arab: The Lost Voice of Simon Rawidowicz; and the editor of six books, including The Jewish Past Revisited and Enlightenment and Diaspora: The Armenian and Jewish Cases.
