Robert D. Austin is an associate professor at Harvard Business School and chairs an executive program for CIOs. He is the author of numerous articles and four books on information technology management. Stephen P. Bradley is the William Ziegler Professor of Business Administration and faculty chair of an executive program on strategy at Harvard Business School.
