Über den Autor


Caroline is Director of Lancaster Universitys MPhil/PhD programme in Critical Management and has been working at Lancaster Universitys 5* Management School since 1998. Caroline has a PhD and an MBA (with distinction) from Lancaster University Management School. In her research, Caroline is exploring the experiences of professional women (particularly mothers) in management. She has a background in Art History and some of her early publications relate to her work in this field. Caroline has a BA and MA in History of Art, from Manchester and London Universities respectively. Previous experience includes the marketing of Local Government Fine Arts and Heritage, as well as commercial fine art.
