Über den Autor
Saravanan A is Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore. He has previously taught at the Centre for Post Graduate Legal Studies, TERI School of Advanced Studies, New Delhi. Before joining TERI, he was Senior Research Fellow at the Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, where he completed his doctoral research on international investment law. He has also served as a Research Associate at the Symbiosis Law School, Pune, which selected him for its Best Researcher Award. He recently visited the Arbitration Academy, Paris, for research purposes. His broad area of research interests includes international investment law, intellectual property law, environmental law, and biotechnology and legal regulation. His work has been published in peer-reviewed journals, such as International Arbitration Law Review, International Journal of Private Law, BRICS Law Journal, Journal of Cleaner Production, and Biotechnology Law Report.S. R. Subramanian is Assistant Professor at the Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur. He is a recipient of the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship awarded by the European Commission, Brussels. He obtained his law education at the Universities of Leipzig (Germany), Vienna (Austria), and the King's College, London (UK). He has previously worked at the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, and the Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur. He was also a Visiting Scholar at the University of Michigan Law School, USA. His areas of research interest are international law, international human rights law, and international investment law
