Aesop was born as a slave in Ancient Greece between 620 and 560 BC. During his life, a large number of fables were attributed to him, as he was a great storyteller. This collection Aesop's Fable's includes famous stories we all are familiar with, such as The Tortoise and the Hare, The Boy Who Cried Wolf and The Ant and the Grasshopper. These tales are meant to have moral lessons for children. Most of Aesop's Fables also feature animals as main characters, further making the stories beloved by children of all ages.
