He is the Hon.Treasurer of the International Professional Development Association and an Associate Editor of Professional Development in Education.Anja Swennen is a Researcher at the Centre for Educational Training, Assessment and Researcher, VU University Amsterdam. Her research interests focus on the development of the professional identity of teacher educators.Ken Jones is Dean of Humanities at Swansea Metropolitan University. He is President of the International Professional Development Association and Managing Editor of Professional Development in Education.
