He holds a BCE from the CityCollege of New York, a MS degree in civil engineering fromStanford, and an MBA from Cornell University. He has held positionswith the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Cornell University, CityUniversity of New York, and the City of New York's Department ofBuildings.
