Professor Bob Garvey is one of Europe's leading academic practitioners of coaching and mentoring and an experienced coach/mentor working with, for example, Musicians, HR Managers, Small Business Owners, Young people, Academics and Executives. Bob has experience in a range of organisations. This includes large corporates, small business, the public and private sector, voluntary organisations and NGOs. Bob has a PhD in Mentoring from the University of Durham. He has published many papers and books on the practice of coaching and mentoring and is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. In 2014 the magazine Coaching at Work honoured him with their lifetime achievement award for mentoring.
