Robert Morgan is the John G. Skelton, Jr. Regents Endowed Professor in Psychology, Chairperson for the Department of Psychological Sciences, and directs the Institute for Forensic Science at Texas Tech University. Dr. Morgan's research and scholarly activities include treatment and assessment of justice involved persons with mental illness, forensic mental health assessment, and professional development and training issues.Daryl Kroner is in full-time clinical practice within the Canadian correctional system. In addition to his clinical duties he has published over70 peer-reviewed papers covering topics related to offender psychological violence and risk assessment.Jeremy F. Mills works at a medium security correctional facility and has a private practice in forensic and counseling psychology and has published over 40 peer-reviewed papers covering topics related to offender assessment.
